The Just Group selects admation to streamline digital production

The Just Group oversees a portfolio of seven brands which includes Just Jeans, Jacqui E, Jay Jays, Portmans, Peter Alexander, Dotti and Smiggle. Withsuch a vast portfolio to manage, the business's in-house digital team produces a high volume of marketing content. This content includes eDMs, web copy and social media posts.
Accuracy and speed to market are critical for the team to succeed in their outbound marketing efforts. This means having the ability to offer stock at the right time and right price. The Just Group chose admation as its preferred project management software to deliver these efficiencies across their digital production.
Prior to implementing admation, the digital team was using email, Microsoft documents and PDF markups to manage their approval workflow. The team found it difficult to achieve consistent briefs and fast turnarounds on approvals. They also lacked the ability to make ad hoc or urgent changes.
